Refund Policy
Markova subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. This page summarizes cancellations, pauses, and refunds. For the full policy in the app, visit markova.app/refunds.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Pausing
Paid subscribers may pause billing from the billing page. Resume anytime from the same screen.
Refunds
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers — email support with your account email.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors are refunded after verification.
- Refunds after 14 days are generally not offered except where required by law.
