Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Markova account and associated personal data at any time.

What we delete

• Your account, profile, and authentication records
• Business profiles, content, schedules, campaigns, and analytics
• Brand kit data (personas, competitors)
• Connected social account tokens
• Usage history and in-app notifications

How to delete your account

1. Sign in at https://markova.app/login
2. Open https://markova.app/data-deletion
3. Confirm your email and click Delete my account

Deletion is permanent and removes application data from our systems. Active Stripe subscriptions are cancelled as part of this process.

Cannot sign in?

Email contact@vivaaura.com.au from your registered address with the subject "Delete my Markova account". We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.

Facebook / Instagram data

You may also remove Markova from Facebook Apps and Websites. Deleting your Markova account removes tokens stored on our servers.
