Viva Aura ("we", "us") operates Markova at https://markova.app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI marketing platform.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, authentication data
• Business profiles, content, schedules, and brand kit data you create
• Social account tokens when you connect Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
• Billing status from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical logs, IP address, and error monitoring data

How we use information

We use your data to operate Markova, authenticate you, generate AI content (via OpenAI), publish to connected social platforms, process subscriptions, send transactional email, and improve security and reliability.

Third-party services

We use Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Meta, X, LinkedIn, Google, Cloudflare R2, Resend, and Sentry. Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time on our Data Deletion page or by emailing contact@vivaaura.com.au.
